						What We Do
				About ReACT FND Health
ReACT FND Health is a psychologist-founded company dedicated to transforming care for individuals with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). We provide telehealth appointments with ReACT Certified Psychologists for adults, adolescents, and children, ensuring that patients receive specialized, research-supported treatment regardless of location.
We are currently hiring psychologists who want to deliver this life-changing treatment via telehealth. Soon, we will also offer certification training, equipping psychologists to deliver Retraining and Control Therapy (ReACT) within their own practices.
What is ReACT?
Retraining and Control Therapy, or ReACT, is a treatment developed by Dr. Aaron Fobian, Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. It is grounded in research-supported cognitive behavioral approaches designed to help patients manage and reduce symptoms of FND by retraining control over involuntary symptoms. Using principles of habit reversal and other evidence-based techniques, ReACT helps individuals rewire reflexive, functional symptoms, empowering them to regain control over their bodies.
At the heart of ReACT is the Precision Treatment Tool, an innovative, therapist-centered digital platform that guides clinicians in tailoring treatment to each patient’s unique presentation.
Our Mission
The mission of ReACT FND Health is simple but ambitious: every individual with FND should have access to research-supported treatment. We pursue this mission by:
1. Expanding direct access to care through telehealth services with ReACT Certified Psychologists.
2. Training and empowering clinicians with certification programs to bring FND-informed care to more patients worldwide.
